WINNER OF THE AUSTRALIAN GARLIC INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION BRONZE AWARD 2023 - Artichoke Category
This variety is somewhat similar to “Italian White”, but is planted a couple of weeks later. Our “Italian Late” grown garlic tends to have an apricot, if not wheat-like hue on the colour chart. While garlic isn’t quite chili, the flavour of this variety is rich with a hot if not aggressive aspect to it; ideal for those tasty meals where you want to add a bit of zing! Harvested in early December, and like its cousins, “Australian White” and “Italian White”, available for sale in January. It will store 5 – 8 months under the right conditions.
4KG AND OVER - Please email us here if you wish to order in excess of 4kg
