PAYMENT
Order payments are taken at checkout. Acceptable methods of payment include: debit, credit cards & Apple Pay. Payments are taken through third-party provider, Stripe.

 

SHIPPING
Sassafras Meadows ships to Australia only. We are unable to ship to Western Australia and Tasmania due to fresh produce quarantine regulations. We do not ship internationally either. We use Australia-post to ship your orders. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number to track the whereabouts and estimated delivery time of your order. We ensure garlic is packaged appropriately so it arrives at your home safely, however in the event of damage sustained during transit we cannot accept responsibility. However, in this rare event, please do not hesitate to contact us at 1sassafrasmeadows@gmail.com.

 If information is not correctly inputted at time of checkout please reach out as soon as possible to rectify incorrect details to ensure your order is shipped to the right address and contact details are up to date.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you are not satifisfied with the quality of your order please do not hesitate to contact us on
1sassafrasmeadows@gmail.com to organise a return & refund if eligible.

 We cannot refund or accept any returns on change-of-mind orders.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER 
Sassafras Meadows may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide items specified on your order. This may be due to the seasonable availability of Garlic and the perishable nature of the product. We will contact you should this occur.
