As the name indicates, a mostly white looking garlic, which may have a few purple streaks. The flavour is on the milder side of the spectrum, and as such is easily used in most types of cooking. Well suited for the mild palate in dishes such as guacamole or in pesto sauces where the garlic is used raw. Our Australian White is typically harvested in early December, and normally available in January after it has been cured, cleaned and trimmed. Will normally store for 5 – 6 months after harvest.
